Video Content

• Video recordings you create through the app
• Audio content within those recordings

Customer Information

When you create estimates for your customers, we collect:

• Customer names, email addresses, and phone numbers
• Customer addresses (for job site locations)
• Estimate details and pricing information

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service:

• Device information (device type, operating system)
• IP address (hashed for analytics, not stored in plain text)
• App usage patterns and feature interactions

• Process and deliver video estimates to your customers

• Cloudflare Stream: Video hosting and delivery
• Twilio: SMS message delivery
• SendGrid: Email delivery
• Stripe: Payment processing

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Video content is stored on Cloudflare Stream for as long as the associated estimate exists. When you delete your account, all associated data including videos, estimates, and customer records are permanently deleted.

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Export: Download your data in a portable format
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data

8. Customer Data (End Users)

When contractors send video estimates to their customers, those customers can view the estimate via a web link without creating an account. We collect minimal data from estimate viewers:

• Page view events (with hashed IP addresses)
• Video playback interactions
• Estimate acceptance and scheduling actions

This data is used solely to provide the estimate viewing and scheduling functionality and to generate analytics for the contractor.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
